There are different procedures for making changes, returns and withdrawals and then we will describe the characteristics of each of them, as well as their conditions.
1st) Change: the replacement for the same product in another size is considered change.
2nd) Return: caused by a fault, defect or receipt of a wrong product.
3rd) Withdrawal: originated by the client’s decision, the shipping will be borne by the customer.
All products that are to be exchanged or returned must be properly packed in the original packaging that was delivered to them.
The Company offers the possibility for the customer to change an item purchased on the website for other product as long as there is availabitly of the product he wants to change. It must be expressly AUTHORIZED by the company by e-mail. All products purchased may be changed up to 14 calendar days after the delivery date. The customer may request the change of any product as long as it has not been used, is not broken or stained, and the labels have not been tampered with and this is returned in its original packaging.
- RETURNS (due to defect, defect or receipt of a wrong product)
In case a product is defective The Company will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract according to the agreement reached with the customer. The client must inform The Company of the circumstance one received the order by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All these procedures will be free for the customer. The Company will reimburse (in case once decided with the customer), the amount of the returned item including the shipping costs of the initial delivery, once the returned item has been received. The Company will inform the customer of how to return the item.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
The client has a legal period of 14 calendar days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the client does not need to indicate the reason for his decision, although he must communicate it by e-mail to the address email@example.com and the shipping will be at his responsability. Any return order must always respect the conditions stipulated in the following paragraph and unless tare or defect, they will only affect the value of the order, not reimbursing the amount of the corresponding shipping costs, neither the initials nor those of return.
It is necessary that the item is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, those items that are not returned in the same conditions in which they were sent, may not be returned. Used items will not be accepted beyond checking size, broken, dirty and in the event that the labels have been tampered with. Articles are not permitted to return in case of wrong size.
Each item returned in accordance with the general return conditions will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 days (once it has been received at the company’s address) and will correspond to the amount of the items returned. Shipping costs subject to the initial shipment of the item will not be refunded except in the event of an error in the shipment of the product by the Company.
Shipping costs arising from the return of merchandise to our warehouses are borne by the customer; except in the case of an error in sending the product by the Company.
