AMBIT

These general purchase conditions apply to the sale of all items through the website www.miscamisasblancas.es.

the consumers to whom it is addressed are those who can be delivered orders in Penisular Spain.

Company informs that  website is aimed exclusively at an audience over 18 years. Company reserves the right to cancel a user’s access account in case of fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts, acts, if they are detected in the use of this service.

PRICE

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date on which the order is processed. the prices are detailed in each article and include the IVA (Value Added Tax).

PAYMENT

Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an indispensable condition for its formalization. Payment can not be made later.  Payment by cash on delivery is not admitted.

 Payment methods: Purchases can be paid with Paypal and through Bank Transfer.

In any case, the payment method is chosen during the purchase process on the corresponding screen. The customer must notify the company of any improper or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases, by e-mail or by telephone, as son as possible and  company can make the necessary arrangements. Suppliers or issuers of payment methods may adopt anti-fraud measures that entail the rejection of certain types of operations. The company is not responsible for the application of this type of security policy.

Depending on the payment method chosen, the system will redirect you to a different screen:

  1. Payment by Bank Transfer: An account number will be provided to the customer once the purchase order is finished Bank Transfers can take 2-3 business days to take effect. The customer must indicate in the concept of the transfer the number of the order, followed by his name and surname. Any currency or bank exchange commission belongs to the person who is making the order, because it has been decided to opt for this payment method. The company reserves the right not to send the shipment until the transfer is received and checked in the bank Company account, even thoug the customer has sent copy of his transfer.
  2. Paypal: Secure payment platform with active account in it or with any type of credit or debit card.

If the customer needs an invoice, they must enter their tax information by checking this option at the time of ordering (they will be specifically requested for this purpose). Anyway you can get the invoice of any order simply by contacting the Company via e-mail. You must provide both your order number and tax information.

DELIVERY

Orders placed on working days before 5:00 p.m. will be considered the same day, provided that they are working days (excluding weekends and national and local holidays), those made after that time, will be considered as made next business day.

1.Delivery time:

  • Delivery time: Only takes into account working days, that is, from Monday to Friday and excluding holidays (local or national).
  • Courier company term: Standard Package. 5 DAYS.

If the client wishes to know the order tracking, he must expressly request it from the Company through an email addressed to hola@miscamisasblancas.es.

2.Delivery Attempts:

The courier company will make two attempts at home delivery (or address provided by the customer).

3.Address:

The address indicated by the client may be a private address, a workplace or any other address indicated. It is not necessary that the billing address and shipping address match.

CHANGES, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

There are different procedures for making changes, returns and withdrawals and then we will describe the characteristics of each of them, as well as their conditions.

1st) Change: the replacement for the same product in another size is considered change.

2nd) Return: caused by a fault, defect or receipt of a wrong product.

3rd) Withdrawal: originated by the client’s decision, the shipping will be borne by the customer.

All products that are to be exchanged or returned must be properly packed in the original packaging that was delivered to them.

  1. CHANGES

The Company offers the possibility for the customer to change an item purchased on the website for other product as long as there is availabitly of the product he wants to change. It must be expressly AUTHORIZED by the company by e-mail. All products purchased may be changed up to 14 calendar days after the delivery date. The customer may request the change of any product as long as it has not been used, is not broken or stained, and the labels have not been tampered with and this is returned in its original packaging.

  1. RETURNS (due to defect, defect or receipt of a wrong product)

In case a product is defective The Company will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract according to the agreement reached with the customer. The client must inform The Company of the circumstance one received the order by email to hola@miscamisasblancas.es. All these procedures will be free for the customer. The Company will reimburse (in case once decided with the customer), the amount of the returned item including the shipping costs of the initial delivery, once the returned item has been received. The Company will inform the customer of how to return the item.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

The client has a legal period of 14 calendar days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the client does not need to indicate the reason for his decision, although he must communicate it by e-mail to the address hola@miscamisasblancas.es and the shipping will be at his responsability. The customer may return unwanted items to:

Any return order must always respect the conditions stipulated in the following paragraph and unless tare or defect, they will only affect the value of the order, not reimbursing the amount of the corresponding shipping costs, neither the initials nor those of return.

It is necessary that the item is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, those items that are not returned in the same conditions in which they were sent, may not be returned. Used items will not be accepted beyond checking size, broken, dirty and in the event that the labels have been tampered with. Articles are not permitted to return in case of wrong size.

Each item returned in accordance with the general return conditions will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 days (once it has been received at the company’s address) and will correspond to the amount of the items returned. Shipping costs subject to the initial shipment of the item will not be refunded except in the event of an error in the shipment of the product by the Company.

Shipping costs arising from the return of merchandise to our warehouses are borne by the customer; except in the case of an error in sending the product by the Company.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

If there are incidents regarding its supply or if there are no products in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and will be informed by email when there will be new stock and his garment is available; the amount of the product or products without stock will be refunded. The company will reimburse the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed. The refund will be made by the same method of payment with which it was paid.

WARRANTY OF THE PURCHASED ITEMS

The contractual guarantee offered is established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Customers and Users. The company will respond to any breaches of conformity that are manifested within two years of delivery.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish legislation. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Valencia (Spain).
